We offer:
- Sports massage - It can be 30, 60, 90 that focuses on areas of concern before a big athletic event. Helps get blood flowing and muscles loose more of a fast-paced massage. Great for very active individuals
- Prenatal massage - must be out of 1st trimester (13+ weeks or greater) as a precaution to mommy and baby. Up until 37 weeks then messaging below the knee then it is avoided due to pressure points that could cause preterm labor. The client is placed in side line position where one pillow under head and one between your legs to increase comfort and over exposure during massage.
- Swedish massage - classic massage technique, customize the message to their body
- Deep tissue massage - deep pressure througout the message, good for relief of tight muscles. Can also be used as muscle stripping if you are having issues with knots. Good to release trigger points in body (also known as trigger point therapy)
- Heated stone massage - Melts away muscle tension and eases muscle stiffness, while increasing circulation and metabolism. Stones are very warm and brings a relaxing touch to the massage.

At Spirit Spa, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours of your appointment start time, 50% of the services scheduled will be charged to the card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not give a 24 hour notice and do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a NO SHOW. Your card on file will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.
We appreciate cancelling when you are not feeling well or have been exposed/have been tested positive for Covid. However, this policy still applies. So the sooner you need to cancel due to Covid or feeling sick the better.
