- Brazilian Wax included everything from front to back. The back refers to the butt strip or "between the cheeks." If desired, you may choose to leave a patch of hair in the form of a triangle or landing strip. If you do not want the butt strip done, please let me know. It is optional. At Spirit Spa, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours of your appointment start time, 50% of the services scheduled will be charged to the card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not give a 24 hour notice and do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a NO SHOW. Your card on file will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.
We appreciate cancelling when you are not feeling well or have been exposed/have been tested positive for Covid. However, this policy still applies. So the sooner you need to cancel due to Covid or feeling sick the better.
